NAPA, CA— Carneros Partners, a San-Francisco based development group, today announced a projected opening date of early fall 2003, for The Carneros Inn, a new luxury resort located in the heart of Napa Valleys Carneros winegrowing district. The Carneros Inn is the first new resort approved in more than 20 years in Napa County, and the first ever in the Carneros viticultural area. The new Inn will feature 96 private guest cottages nestled in a garden courtyard; terrace dining and poolside lounging with panoramic vineyard views; and restaurant, bar and spa facilities. In addition to the hotel accommodations, 24 stylish resort homes will be located on the grounds of The Carneros Inn. Homeowners will have access to allthe services and conveniences of the luxury hotel, including concierge, event planning and catering, and maid and room service.
