Thai Hotel Joins Sofitel Chain

NEW YORK Central Plaza Hotel PCL, a Thai hotel owned by the Chirathivat family, will fly the five-star Sofitel flag and be renamed Sofitel Central Plaza in March, according to the Nation. The franchise contract is expected to be signed next week. (2/12/01) SOURCE:Wall Street Journal
