NEW YORK— At the recent IH/M&RS here, the Editor’s Choice Award for Best New Technology Product was given to Teledex for its ExpressNet AirLink high-speed Internet access technology. The product uses existing phone wiring infrastructure and VDSL transport technology to simultaneously deploy both wireless and wired HSIA. Teledex also revealed at the show that the ExpressNet AirLink product is being installed at the Sheraton World Resort in Orlando, FL. At the property, ExpressNet AirLink will provide wireless and wired HSIA in more than 1,100 guestrooms as well as meeting rooms and common areas.
