Duetto has launched BlockBuster, a cloud-based application designed to encourage collaboration between sales and revenue management. The application aims to help hotels and casinos with a dynamic pricing structure for group business, reflecting demand for all consumer segments. It optimizes prices by room type, rather than managing rates through inflexible room blocks.
FCS Connect Guest Services Management Platform Pairs with Savioke Relay Robot
FCS Computer Systems and Savioke have partnered. The new FCS and Savioke partnership integrates advanced guest request and task tracking solution with autonomous delivery robot service. The integration is taking place at the Hotel Jen Tanglin and Orchard Gateway Singapore.
First Data, AccorHotels Form Strategic Relationship
First Data has entered into an agreement with AccorHotels to enable global and cross-channel payments. As part of the deal, First Data will power payments for AccorHotels for in-store, online and mobile transactions. This includes facilitating transactions for AccorHotels’ online booking tool. First Data will also provide a Nexo central acceptance platform for the hospitality group.

IBC Hospitality Technologies has unveiled a Complete Hospitality System in an effort to help struggling independent hotel owners, multi-property owners, management companies, operations and hospitality sales teams pull important information into one simple-to-read dashboard. MyCheck, Lokion Partner
Mobile payment platform solutions provider MyCheck has partnered with digital mapping and customer-engagement strategy specialist Lokion to enable travelers to select the hotel rooms they prefer during the online or mobile booking process. Properties equipped with MyHotel from MyCheck can now add Aegir Maps from Lokion to enable pick-your-own-room functionality, as well as wayfinding throughout the hotel. Room selection via digital mapping is accessible through multiple devices and platforms when using MyHotel with Aegir Maps.
Trivago Integrates HomeAway Into Hotel Search Platform
Trivago has integrated HomeAway’s vacation rental inventory into its hotel search platform. Trivago has started testing the listing in key markets and intends to gradually roll out more inventory in 2018. By providing users with more choice and a more personalized search experience, the company aims to help travelers find the ideal place to stay.
