Tamara provides authentic ayurvedic treatments under the direct supervision of resident ayurvedic physicians who help tailor treatments according to individual needs. Some treatments include: Abhyangam – the application of medicated oil over the body to alleviate fatigue and improve sleep; Dhara – the patient is made to lie on a special wooden bed and medicated oil, milk or buttermilk is poured in a steady stream on the head.
