Suburban Reports Q4 Occupancy

ATLANTA Suburban Lodges of America reported that for the fourth quarter of 2000, the companys hotels achieved an average occupancy rate of 78.1% compared to 74.8% in the fourth quarter of 1999. The quarters ADR was $193.79 compared with $191.90 a year earlier. RevPAR increased by 5% to $150.94 in the fourth quarter of 2000 from $143.31 in 1999. (1/11/01)
