Suburban Lodges RevPAR Up

ATLANTA Suburban Lodges of America s weekly RevPAR (at its owned properties) increased 8% to $156.88 in February 2001 as compared to $145.54 achieved during February 2000. The increase in current year RevPAR was the result of a 4% increase in occupancy to 78.2% in February 2001 from 74.9% in February 2000, and a 3% increase in average weekly rate to $202.37 from $195.62 the year prior.
