LAS VEGAS Station Casinos has consummated its acquisition of the Fiesta Casino Hotel for an undisclosed amount.
The Fiesta features 70,000 square feet of casino space, 100 guestrooms, four full-service restaurants, fast-food outlets, bingo and a reace and sports books. The property will retain its name and theme. (1/4/01)
