WHITE PLAINS, NY Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide opened a $23 million Westin Resort, Tremblant at Mont-Tremblant, located 75 miles north of Montreal, Quebec.
The 126-suite, five-star resort features more than 4,100 square feet of meeting space and is managed by Intrawest. Westin provides sales, marketing and Westin brand support through a franchise agreement.
This resort brings Westins resort collection to 32 properties, including the recently opened Westin Savannah Harbor Resort in Georgia and The Westin Resort & Spa, Whistler in British Columbia. (8/22/00)
