SINGAPORE— City Developments Limited and its joint venture partners, Hong Leong Holdings Limited and TID Pte Ltd., are developing a new St. Regis Hotel and Residence. The 299-guestroom, 20-story St. Regis Hotel is expected to open in 2007 and will be managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide. The 173 residences are expected to be completed in 2008. The four bedroom apartments range in size from 2,000 to 4,000 sq. ft. while the Sky Suites and Sky Villas will feature a space of 5,000 to 7,000 sq. ft and will include an upper roof deck. Residents will have access to the fee-based a la carte services from the adjoining hotel.
