Springhill Suites Grows In Garden State

RUTHERFORD, NJ— Lincoln Equities Group has been granted major subdivision approval by the Borough of Rutherford to proceed with the first phase of Highland Cross, a multi-use undertaking that will include a 200-room Marriott Springhill Suites hotel as well as a pair of 450,000-square-foot office towers. Hellmuth, Obata & Kassbaum has been retained as the architect for Highland Cross, which expects to see its first building completed in spring 2002.
