NORWICH, CT— HOTEL BUSINESS® has learned the Spa at Norwich Inn has started showcasing its food and beverage operations, offering groups the opportunity to hold private wine dinners at the hotel. The events couple the cuisine of executive chef Daniel Chong-Jimenez with wines from Rodney Strong Vineyards of Sonoma, CA. A set menu of shrimp, beef, salad, dessert and wine by the bottle is offered. In addition, for groups of more than 15 persons, the Spa will provide a guest speaker to talk about the featured wines and why they complement the ingredients of each dish.
