PARIS Sofitel will open its first hotel in Peru on January 1, 2001. The Sofitel Royal Park Lima is currently undergoing renovations, which include the addition of a new restaurant and business center. The hotel will be located in the business and residential district of Perus capital, and will offer 81 guestrooms, including three suites. (12/21/00)
