SEATTLE, WA— Bill Smith, formerly president/COO for Silversea Cruises, has been appointed president of Noble House Hotels and Resorts. During the course of his 20-plus years in the travel industry, Smith has held executive positions with Costa, Commodore, Princess, and Sitmar cruise lines, as well as senior sales and marketing posts with Eastern and Braniff airlines.
