LOS ANGELES Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been selected to arrange the sale of a six-property, upscale boutique hotel portfolio that includes five California coast hotels (four located in Monterey and one in Laguna Beach) and The Marshall House in Savannah, GA.

The California portfolio of hotels, offered unencumbered by a management contract, represents a significant percentage of total available oceanfront rooms in the Monterey hotel market, which is supported primarily by leisure clientele from the San Francisco Bay area, the Los Angeles Basin and the northeastern United States.
