TOULOUSE, FRANCE— French property developer Malardeau will start work in January 2003 on the construction of what will be Six Continents fourth hotel in the French city of Toulouse. The 183-room, four-star hotel will cost euro 46 million (US$39.8 million) and should be completed by January 2005. Meanwhile, Radisson SAS has opened its first hotel in Paris on schedule. The company signed a management agreement in November last year with Belgian hotel real estate company City Hotels for the 46-room, boutique-style Radisson SAS Hotel Champs Elysees, which occupies the former headquarters of the designer Louis Vuitton.
