SUNNYVALE, CA— The 136-room Radisson Inn here has been acquired by a local investor, Sunnyvale CSG, LLC, in a deal brokered by Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, for $13.6 million. The seller was Cedar Gardens Properties. The new order has selected Joie de Vivre Hospitality to manage the hotel, which will undergo a $3 million renovation. Following the upgrades, the hotel will lose the Radisson affiliation and be operated as an independent boutique property, according to Phoenix-based Snyder Nationwide.
