BASKING RIDGE, NJ— The North Maple Inn at Basking Ridge has appointed Andrew Silber to serve as director of training. Silber was most recently program manager for the New Brunswick, NJ-based National Conference for Community and Justice. In this role he designed, managed and facilitated customized diversity leadership programs. Additionally, he has served as a consultant to school districts statewide, as well as New Jersey businesses, social service agencies, community and religious organizations. In other experience, Silber has held positions with the Piscataway School District, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Managed by Benchmark Hospitality International, the North Maple Inn at Basking Ridge features 171 guestrooms and 20,000 square feet of dedicated meeting space with 25 conference rooms.
