PUNTA NIZUC, MEXICO— SHVO, A luxury real estate marketing firm, has signed an agreement to handle exclusive marketing and sales for a new luxury-branded hotel and condominium project in Mexico in the state of Quintana Roo that promises to redefine luxury-branded hospitality and residences in the region. The as-yet-unnamed development is located in Punta Nizuc and will feature a hotel and condominium development with hotel villas and residential units. The unique luxury property is located on the Yucatán Peninsula in what is most-often referred to as Riviera Maya. The development is sited on approximately 29 acres with two kilometers of beach area that is exclusively for use by the hotel and condominium residents. The sales office for the project will open in Fall 2007. Both the hotel and the residences will be completed in 2008. SHVO continues to expand into the luxury hospitality arena with this project and another recently announced project for W Hotels in New York.
