Shangri-La Hotels Adopts Expedia’s WWTE Technology

BELLEVUE, WA— Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts will now offer its customers flights, rental cars, vacation packages and destination activities on www.shangri-la.com through the use of Expedia’s WWTE private-label technology. The technology allows Expedia’s supplier partners to try to increase customer loyalty and provide value through the flexibility of packaging various services. Shangri-La currently manages 45 hotels under the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts and Traders Hotels brands in Asia, Australia and the Middle East.
