NEW YORK—sbe has appointed Sebastien Silvestri as SVP, Food & Beverage, Hotel Division. In his new role, Silvestri will oversee the F&B venues in sbe’s hotel division across the entire platform. He will be based in Miami.

Prior to his current position, Silvestri was the VP of F&B at The Venetian and The Palazzo Casino Hotel and Resort in Las Vegas—a 7,000-suite integrated resort.
Previously, he held a variety of leadership roles at The Island Hotel in Newport Beach, CA; Bellagio Resort and Casino in Las Vegas; Telluride Ski and Golf Resort in Telluride, CO; Orient-Express Hotels, LTD., in Bora Bora, French Polynesia; Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Inc. in Dallas; and in London at the Lanesborough Hotel. He began his career at the Hilton International in Paris.
