NEW YORK The Saudi Arabian entrepreneur Prince Al Waleed bin Talal, who holds a substantial stake in both the Four Seasons and the Movenpick hotel companies, is in negotiations to purchase the Carlton seafront hotel in Beirut, for US $90 million. The 130-room hotel is located in the Raouche coastal area. The deal also includes an annex with a capacity of 235 rooms; however, its construction remains incomplete due to the civil war.
