CASABLANCA Saudi Arabia-based Dallah Albaraka plans to build a $100-million luxury hotel complex in Agadir, Morocco s most popular coastal resort, the newspaper L Economiste reported. Construction of the complex, which consists of four hotels, began yesterday in the presence of Morocco s Finance Minister Fathallah Oualalou, and is scheduled for completion in 2003.
