San Francisco Holiday Inn To Be Converted To Hilton

SAN FRANCISCO— The Holiday Inn Select-Financial District San Francisco is scheduled to undergo a renovation after which it will be converted to a full-service Hilton Hotel. Renovation of the 565-room hotel is scheduled to begin March 2005, with Benjamin West retained to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment purchasing services. The hotel is owned by Justice Investors of San Francisco, and is managed by Dow Hospitality of Seattle.
