San Diego Landmark Takes Wyndham Name

DALLAS— The US Grant Hotel in San Diego, which was built in 1910, is being branded with the Wyndham name. The US Grant— A Wyndham Historic Hotel, owned and managed by Wyndham, was originally built by Ulysses S. Grant, Jr. in honor of his father, the nations 18th President. Located in the heart of downtown San Diegos business and cultural district, the hotel features 285 guestrooms, including 60 suites with Queen Anne furnishings, and 33,000 square feet of meeting space. The property will undergo a $3.5 million renovation, which will upgrade all guestrooms to feature Wyndham’s brand standard “Room That Performs” amenities. The US Grant is also participating in Wyndham ByRequest, the companys guest recognition program.
