DENVER—Sage Hospitality has named Lisa Donovan as the hotel investment and management company’s first Chief People Officer.
Donovan will oversee all aspects of Sage’s People Resources department including leadership development and internal communications. She will focus on making the company a desirable place to work, learn and grow.

Prior to Sage, Donovan acted as Group Vice President of National Training and Development for Archstone, a developer and manager of luxury apartment buildings. During her time at Archstone, she implemented a customer service-based culture and cultivated leadership programs that lead to employee engagement. To further develop her people development skills, Donovan went back to school to obtain her MPS in Leadership and Organization with a major in Human Capacity from the University of Denver.
