Rosen Hotels & Resorts Opens Shingle Creek

ORLANDO— Rosen Hotels & Resorts has opened the 1,500-room Rosen Shingle Creek resort here in close proximity to the local convention center and airport. Among its other features, the property includes a 95,000-square foot ballroom that Rosen Hotels CEO Harris Rosen describes as the countrys largest column-free ballroom equal in size to one-and-a-half regulation football fields. The Rosen portfolio now includes seven properties, accounting for 6,300 rooms, all located in Orlando.
