NASHUA, NH—Roedel Companies, a hotel owner and operator, has purchased the Courtyard by Marriott here.
The hotel marks the first Marriott branded property for the Wilton-NH-based company, which plans to reposition the multi-faceted property to include a renovated Courtyard and a full-service conference center. The multi-million dollar renovations will take place in phases and are slated to be completed in the first quarter of 2015.
The renovations to the Courtyard will include a complete interior makeover, while the company plans to create a signature name and logo for the planned 11,000-plus square-foot conference center.
RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, will operate both properties.
