HARRISBURG, PA— RockBridge Capital, LLC has closed on a $9.6 million first mortgage for the acquisition and renovation of the 299-room Holiday Inn each Hotel here. The hotel is a full-service property that features a restaurant, lounge, approximately 28,000 square feet of meeting space, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center and outdoor tennis and basketball courts. The property will undergo an extensive $5.5 million renovation to the hotel’s exterior, guestrooms, meeting facilities and public space. As part of the improvements, the hotel’s room count will decrease to 276, reflecting a reconfiguration of several meeting rooms and offices that will be converted to additional meeting and event space. Upon completion, the proeprty will offer 32,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 100-seat amphitheater.
