COLUMBUS, OH — RockBridge Capital, LLC closed a $7,875,000 first mortgage loan today for borrower, East Greenwich, RI-based Magna Hospitality Group (MHG), to acquire the 130-room Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, which opened four years ago in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. An outgrowth of Grand Heritage Hotels, MHG owns and/or manages 14 hotels in the U.S. and Canada. Besides the Milwaukee property, RockBridge has provided MHG with first mortgage financing to purchase a 103-room Hampton Inn in Bowie, MD in 2002 as well as first mortgage and mezzanine debt financing to acquire a 173-room Hampton Inn & Suites in Warwick, RI in 2003.
