ATLANTA— Thompson Calhoun Fair, LLC, an Atlanta-based hotel real estate firm, advised a Texas-based lender in the disposition of the River Terrace Creekside Hotel located at 125 Le Conte Creek Road in Gatlinburg, TN for an undisclosed amount. The limited-service hotel features 67 exterior-corridor guestrooms and one cottage, an outdoor pool and 5,000 square feet of meeting space. The property was sold to an independent hotel investor.
