Ritz-Carlton Founder Forms New Real Estate Co.

ATLANTA Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. founder William Johnson is creating a new company that will develop projects in Atlanta, South Florida and other fast-growing areas in the southeast. W.B. Johnson Development, based in Buckhead, will be a joint venture between Johnsons W.B. Johnson Properties and Ewing Southeast Realty. The company will pursue opportunities in retail, hospitality, industrial, office and multifamily real estate. (1/12/01)
