ANAHEIM, CA— Rim Hospitality has entered into a management agreement with Holiday Garden to operate the 200-room Residence Inn here. According to Mark LeBlanc, Rim Hospitality’s vp/business development: “This is a great opportunity to manage this asset for Holiday Garden of Taiwan and to use our management technology to create better communication with our foreign ownership groups. We see this as the beginning of a partnership to do more projects in the future. “In addition,” LeBlanc said, “we will implement HomeOffice2, a proprietary management system that allows Rim Hospitality to monitor costs on a real-time basis and [is designed to serve]as a great asset for ownership groups to monitor cash flows on a daily basis.” Now in charge of 20 franchised hotel and boutique properties on the West Coast, 20-year-old Rim Hospitality continues to build its portfolio of managed hotel, resort and boutique properties affiliated with nine national brands, including: Preferred Hotels and Resorts Worldwide; Courtyard, Fairfield Inn & Suites and Residence Inn by Marriott; Sheraton; Holiday Inn; Country Inns & Suites By Carlson; Best Western; and its own Heathman Collection of upscale boutique luxury hotels.
