DENVER—Rim Hosptiality added Aloft Denver Downtown to its portfolio, marking its ninth Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. property.
The hotel is slated to open in July 2014 and will feature 140 loft-like rooms, leading-edge technology and a social atmosphere.
The hotel management company also oversees all day-to-day hotel management services for the Sheraton Park Hotel Anaheim Resort, Sheraton Chicago Northbrook Hotel, Sheraton Sonoma County–Petaluma, Sheraton Pleasanton Hotel, Sheraton Universal Hotel, Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport, Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles Westside and Four Points by Sheraton San Rafael.

Aloft Denver Downtown will boast an ideal location at the heart of the business district, just one block from the Colorado Convention Center and the 16th Street Pedestrian Mall. Guests of the hotel will enjoy easy access to the nightlife, shops and galleries in LoDo and leading area attractions including the Denver Zoo, the Denver Museum of Nature and Science, Coors Field, and Pepsi Center. Hotel amenities will include an indoor pool, the w xyz sm bar, a 24-hour fitness center and nearly 400 square feet of flexible meeting space.
