MENDOCINO, CA— Richfield, a SWAN company, has been awarded the management contract for The Hill House Inn Of Mendocino, a four-diamond Inn here on California’s North Coast. The Hill House Inn turned to Richfield this month after its sister property, the Mendocino (California) Hotel & Garden Suites— a historic boutique hotel— brought Richfield on board in March as its professional manager. Richfield’s management services on behalf of that property included the utilization of SCEPTRE to increase reservations volume, and SOURCE to lower the costs of goods and services. In addition to Richfield, SCEPTRE and SOURCE are similarly Denver, CO-based SWAN solutions. The Hill House Inn of Mendocino features 44 fully guestrooms with patios or balconies overlooking gardens or the Pacific Ocean. The property features both Rick’s restaurant— a casual, theme dining outlet— and the Congenial Lounge, which features a mahogany bar and sunken fireplace. Also on-site is the Hill House Chapel, a setting conducive to wedding ceremonies. Additionally, the Conference Center can accommodate groups up to 80 people for seminars, corporate retreats and small meetings.
