RF Hotels Promotes Two GMs

NEW YORK— RF Hotels has promoted two of it luxury collection general managers. John Philipson, former general manager of The St. David’s Hotel & Spa in Cardiff, has moved to the new 164-bedroom Lowry Hotel in Manchester as general manager. Debbie Taylor has been promoted to general manager of The St. David’s Hotel & Spa, where she was previously director of sales & marketing.
