MEMPHIS— ResortQuest International, one of the worlds leading vacation rental property management companies, announced a reorganization of the companys senior regional management. Steve Schein was named as the new western region vp; Val Costley, formerly western region vp will now be eastern region vp; and Ed Seymour, president of Abbott Resorts in northwest Florida, will add the new title of Florida vp. Meanwhile, Kelvin Bloom, ResortQuests regional vp will continue to oversee the companys Hawaii operations. The regional vps will report to Park Brady, COO. As head of the western region, Schein will be responsible for the overall administration and supervision of the property management and real estate operations for the western continental United States and Whistler, Canada. Scheins territory will include mountain resort properties and the desert southwest. Costley will be moving east to manage ResortQuest operations along the eastern seaboard. He will be responsible for the supervision of the property management and real estate operations from St. Simons Island, Georgia up to New England. Seymour, president of Abbott Resorts, northwest Florida, will become regional vp/Florida and will be responsible for the supervision of property management and real estate operations for ResortQuest properties in the Sunshine State.
