PHOENIX “The Resort Report: A Benchmark Study of Resort Hotels in North America, Hawaii and the Caribbean” was undertaken at the request of the AH&MAs Resort Committee. The Resort Report was conducted by Warnick & Co., a consulting, investment banking and asset management firm that specializes in th hospitality and recreational real estate industries. The report provides statistical data for 80 participating resorts comprising approximately 31,000 guestrooms.
