BOSTON— The Marriott Residence Inn Boston Harbor on Tudor Wharf was launched here on May 30. The 168-suite, eight-story brick-and-glass hotel offers views of Boston Harbor, the Charles River, the Boston skyline, and the Zakim-Bunker Hill Bridge. It is the first Marriott Residence Inn to open in the city proper. The $42 million hotel was jointly developed by National Development of Newton, MA and Pyramid Advisors, Boston, which also operates the hotel under a franchise agreement with Marriott. Pyramid is a hotel management and advisory firm whose portfolio includes 11 hotels, among them Marriott Residence Inn hotels in Woburn and Framingham, MA, both of which were co-developed with National Development.
