ANN ARBOR, MI—The Residence Inn Ann Arbor Downtown hotel, which sits on the former site of the Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau building and the neighboring Greyhound Bus Depot (of which they have preserved and maintained the original sign), officially opened.

The hotel’s downtown location offers nearby access to more than 60 local restaurants and shops, as well as the University of Michigan’s main campus. Amenities include in-suite kitchens, indoor heated pool and fitness center as well as complimentary daily hot breakfast, grocery delivery, shuttle service, WiFi and evening social Mix events (Mon.-Wed.).

Ann Arbor-based First Martin Corporation developed the project. Rosemont, IL-based First Hospitality Group, Inc. (FHG) will manage the 110-suite hotel.
