ATLANTA— The Renaissance Waverly Hotel here announced the appointment of Frank Quallen as director/food & beverage. In his new position, Quallen will oversee the operations of the Waverly Grill, Atrium Café, Atrium Piano Bar, Saddles Sports & Spirits, Sunday Brunch and room service at the 521-room hotel. Quallen, a 19-year veteran of the hospitality industry, has been with Renaissance Hotels for the past eight years. He most recently served as food & beverage director for the Renaissance Atlanta Hotel Downtown. Prior to that, he was food & beverage director at the Renaissance Grand Beach Resort in St. Thomas.
