RCI Inks Deal With Pestana

PARSIPPANY, NJ— Resort Condominiums International, LLC, a division of Cendant Corp., inked an affiliation agreement with Pestana Hotels & Resorts to join the RCI Weeks exchange network. Under the agreement, owners at Pestanas three resorts in Brazil will be able to select RCI weeks as their exchange providers. The resorts include the Carlton Rio Atlantica in Rio de Janiero, the Carlton Palms Angra Hotel in Angra dos Reis, and the Carlton Bahio Hotel in Salvador, Bahio.
