PARSIPPANY, NJ— The RCI Holiday Network, a division of Cendant Corp., inked its first franchisee agreement with Barefoot Vacations, a property management office located in Myrtle Beach, SC. Under the five-year agreement Barefoot Vacations’ rental inventory will be marketed to consumers globally via the RCI Holiday Network, the world’s largest selection of vacation rental properties. Barefoot Vacations is a Century 21 franchise that has been in operation since 1984 and is one of the oldest property management companies in Myrtle Beach. This agreement adds an additional 75 properties to the more than 80,000 currently available for daily, weekly and monthly rentals via the RCI Holiday Network. By becoming a franchisee of the RCI Holiday Network, Barefoot Vacations inventory will also be marketed through other Cendant Corp. distribution channels such as Trip.com, CheapTickets and travel agents around the world via Galileo.
