SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ— Ramesys Hospitality, a provider of enterprise hospitality technology solutions based here, has installed its CMS Central Reservation System (CRes) for the Greater Lancaster (PA) Hotel and Motel Association. Based on the criteria a guest is seeking, the Lancaster CRes system will search through the associations 35 member properties to find the best match. Location, rate, property and room attributes are a few of the search criteria available. Then a CRes agent can narrow down the best match for the guest. The system can also generate second and third choices if a perfect match is not found. Lancaster CRes will retain availability in its call center for all hotels. Individual properties will be able to manipulate their rates and yield management controls via the Internet, and will receive reservations in a variety of ways, including the integrated front desk (PMS).
