SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ— Ramesys Hospitality, a provider of hospitality technology solutions, has recently completed installing the Maestro property management system (PMS) at the 276-room Eden Resort Inn and Conference Center in Lancaster, PA. Maestro provides the Eden Resort with a full-featured Windows system that handles procedures for the hotel’s front office, accounts receivable, yield/rate management, and sales and catering. The installation was completed in February 2002. Maestro can also be integrated with Ramesys own business intelligence and marketing tool, MPower. Marketing, trend, RevPAR, and occupancy analysis are easily now accessible, along with automated hotel reward programs, marketing and customer appreciation campaigns.
