Ramesys Awarded Maestro PMS Contracts From 7 Luxury Resorts

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ— Ramesys Hospitality, a leading provider of hospitality technology solutions, has signed contracts with seven U.S. resorts and conference centers to install the Maestro property management system (PMS). The seven customers slated to receive installations in 2002 include: * The Eden Resort Inn and Conference Center, in Lancaster, PA, which features 276 deluxe guestrooms and 25,000 square feet of meeting space. Maestro PMS was installed in February 2002. * Five Benchmark Hospitality conference centers: 1) Glade Springs Resort, Daniels, WV, offers 154 guestrooms and 20,000 square feet of meeting space. The Maestro installation is scheduled for March 2002. 2) Stonewall Resort, Roanoke, WV, scheduled to open in Spring 2002, which features 196 guestrooms, 10 lakeside cabins and 21,000 square feet of meeting space. The Maestro installation process is scheduled to take place in two phases during March and July 2002. 3) Cheyenne Mountain Resort, Colorado Springs, CO, accommodating guests with 316 rooms and 41,000 square feet of meeting space. Cheyenne is scheduled to have Maestro installed in November 2002. 4) Wingspread, Racine, WI, is a private facility that is used exclusively by The Johnson Foundation. Maestro was installed in December 2001. 5) The Council House, Racine, WI, is a private center exclusively used by SC Johnson & Sons. It features 20 guestrooms and 3,300 square feet of meeting space. Ramesys installed Maestro in November 2001. * In addition, the Appalachian Mountain Club, stretching from Maine to the Delaware Water Gap, teaches new skills and refines old ones in outdoor workshops. The facilities are scheduled to install Maestro in April 2002.
