Ramada Int l Launches QA Program

WASHINGTON, D.C. Ramada International and LRA Worldwide, a Philadelphia-based consulting firm specializing in quality assurance, have launched Ramada International s first formal and extensive quality assurance program, called EXCEED. Each of the brand s 27 international hotels will undergo a two-day inspection.

The quality assurance inspectors will judge guestrooms, guest bathrooms, public spaces, meeting spaces, and food and beverage service for cleanliness, conditions and standards compliance. (3/14/01)
