SINGAPORE—Raffles Hotels and Resorts has signed an agreement with Point Hardy Development Co., to manage Raffles St Lucia, West Indies, that will feature a resort as well as residential ownership opportunities for homesites and resort residences. Located on the northern end of St Lucia, the development will spread over 360 acres and offer a 200-room resort, 275 residential luxury villas, casitas, condominiums and 75 estate lots, including 35 exclusive Jack Nicklaus Golf Club estate lots. The resort will offer dining options, five pools and a 10,000-square-foot Raffles Amrita Spa.
