BRUSSELS— Continuing its major expansion plans in Central Europe, Radisson SAS Hotels & Resorts has inked an agreement with Movement Poland, a real estate company, to manage a hotel in Lublin, Poland. Construction is scheduled to commence in the second half of this year and is targeted for completion in spring 2004. Radisson SAS currently has one hotel in Szcezcin, and three more slated to open in Warsaw, Wroclaw, and Krakow. Situated in the heart of Lublin, near the citys main business district and cultural center, the new Radisson SAS will feature 180 guestrooms, a restaurant, bar, and fitness center. The hotel will also offer more than 800 square meters of conference and meeting rooms featuring the state-of-the-art technology.
