COLUMBUS, OH Signature, a provider of revenue-generating sales and customer service training programs, was recently named “Supplier of the Year” by Radisson Hotels and Resorts at the Carlson Hotels Worldwide annual business conference in Cancun, Mexico.
Radisson cited Signatures global training programs as a major benefit to its growth in markets in Europe, China, Canada, and Australia.
Jay Witzel, president of Radisson Hotels and Resorts, said Signature training has had a “direct impact” on reservation closure rates at many of Radissons properties across the globe since training began in North America in 1997. (4/23/01)
